Based on ARM9 chipset, Nokia Home Music features a color display, a Ethernet socket, support for WiFi 802.1b/g, FM tuner and a front 3.5mm headphone jack. Nokia presents Home Music WiFi radio

It seems like the cellphone market isn’t big enough for Nokia and they want to get into other deals, like the beautiful world of innovative radios. With that being said, in the same day that the Nokia N97 was announced, the Home Music WiFi Radio also got a bit of attention. That’s the plan proposed by FCC Chairman Kevin Martin and if costs would come down as a result, all the better. It makes sense to at least offer a basic connection to the information superhighway. Easy Telepresence Solution!

We’re always on the lookout for useful and inexpensive gadgets to add to our Robotics Lab, and while searching around for a small, inexpensive Wifi (as in 802.11) camera for use in Mech Warfare I finally settled on the Airlink 101 SkyIPCam250w Part #AIC250W. Personally I found mine at a local Fry’s Electronics for about $105, but we also sourced them online here.
